Booking and Payment

All bookings and payments must be made online via our secure website.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

We accept Paypal and debit/credit cards for payment.

Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, except for weather cancellations.

Cancellations and Charges

Cancellations or changes to bookings are not permitted. All bookings are final.

In the rare event that we must cancel a tour due to weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, you will be offered either a refund or an option to reschedule. If we have to cancel for any reason we will make best endeavours to notify you at the earliest opportunity.

Tour Operation

Tour routes, stops, and schedules are subject to change due to weather, tides, wildlife sightings, or other conditions.

For safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse participation to any individual whose conduct, or condition, is deemed unacceptable.

Passenger Requirements and Responsibilities

Passengers must check-in at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.

All passengers must comply with the instructions of the crew at all times for safety reasons.

Passengers are responsible for having proper outdoor clothing and footwear suitable for the tour conditions.

Passengers must be physically capable of boarding and disembarking the boat safely.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Liability

Our company is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from factors outwith our control.

Passengers participate in tours at their own risk.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Scottish law, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Scottish Courts.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

By booking and paying for a tour, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
